We are aware that trading of real stocks is currently unavailable on Bitpanda. When attempting to place an order, users may experience the order page loading indefinitely without completing.
We have identified that the issue originates with one of our market infrastructure partners, who is currently experiencing disruption affecting their exchange connectivity.
Our team is actively monitoring the situation and is in direct contact with our partner, who has confirmed they are working with the exchange and all relevant providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
