We’re performing a scheduled system upgrade to the Fusion trading service on March 11th starting at 00:15 AM CET. Fusion will be temporarily unavailable while we implement these improvements. We’ve identified a technical issue that caused a limited number of transactions to remain in processing state. Our team has identified the cause and is reprocessing the affected transactions in batches over the next few hours.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting asset purchases on the legacy web platform. Some users may encounter an error when attempting to buy an asset.
As a workaround, please use the new web app (app.bitpanda.com) or our mobile apps (iOS & Android), where purchases are working normally.
