We’re aware of an issue preventing some customers from completing cryptocurrency withdrawals on the Bitpanda web app. Mobile apps remain fully functional.

Our team is actively working to restore normal service. In the meantime, please use the Bitpanda iOS or Android app to withdraw funds.

Thank you for your patience—we’ll post an update as soon as the web app is operating normally.
