We are currently experiencing an issue with a banking partner that is impacting bank transfer withdrawals for a subset of users in Germany. At this time, affected withdrawals are temporarily unable to be processed.
Our team is actively monitoring the partner's system status and working to ensure normal service is restored as quickly as possible. We will provide another update once we have more information.
