We are currently investigating an issue affecting some Bitpanda Fusion users where portfolio balances are not displaying correctly. FIAT values shown in the Fusion portfolio may appear incorrect or outdated.
Your funds are safe. This is a display/synchronisation issue only. Trading and portfolio management via the Bitpanda Broker work as expected — your correct balances and full trading functionality are available there.
Our engineering team is actively working on a resolution. We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
